Contemporary Realism is how Cindy describes her style. Capturing a subject and intensifying the colors and patterns
to create the essence of energy and strength within a painting. She wants all her paintings to be exciting. To
capture an audience from far away and compel them closer to see the details of the subject. To feel the form, design,
and perspective of the subject. To feel inspired by the energy of the painting.
Cindy Moore does not use
masking or washes in her work. Each color and brush stroke are intended to allow the eye to dance throughout the painting.
The use of transparent colors and numerous layers achieve the mosaic quality about her paintings. The color patterns
and stylized designs set her work apart from others. Her paintings are unique and that is what catches the eye.
