Born in China, raised
in Los Angeles, California, Gary has worked in his primary medium of watercolor since 1952. His landscapes and wildlife
subjects are oriented towards realism and blend Asian and Western styles. Gary studied at the University of Southern
California, Pepperdine University and the Otis Art Institute of Los Angeles.
